Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

This policy describes what information phavella collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we keep our data practices simple.

Who we are

phavella is an AI studio that designs, builds, and operates AI systems for businesses. Our website is phavella.com. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at pa.parikahlawat@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only the information you actively give us. The primary point of collection is the contact form on our website, through which you may provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organisation or company name
  • A description of your project, goals, or the problem you want to solve
  • Any other information you choose to include

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party session-recording scripts. We do measure how the site is used; the “Analytics” section below explains exactly what that measurement records and what it deliberately never keeps.

How we use it

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Assess whether and how phavella can help with your stated project or goals
  • Follow up on ongoing conversations or engagements if you become a client

We do not use your information to send marketing email unless you explicitly ask us to keep you informed. We do not add you to mailing lists by default.

Analytics

We run our own first-party measurement to understand how the site is used and make it better. It sets no cookies and does not fingerprint you. A per-tab identifier is created so a single visit reads as one session; it is stored only for the life of the browser tab and is never a cookie, never shared, and never tied to your name.

When you visit, your approximate location (the country and city) and the name of the network or company your connection belongs to are derived from your IP address at the moment of the visit, and the IP address itself is never stored. In the same way, a coarse device type (such as phone or desktop) and your browser family are derived from your browser’s user-agent string, which is also never stored. We record which pages are visited, how long they are viewed, clicks, and how far you scroll.

If you arrive through a link that carries campaign tags (utm parameters), we record those tags with the visit, and with your enquiry if you submit the form. They describe the link you clicked, not you.

Bench search

When you type a question into the bench search, we store that text so we can understand what visitors need help with. Please do not include personal details you would not want kept. These searches are used only to guide what we build and are never shared.

Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics 4, and only with your consent. It sets cookies only after you choose “Allow” on the cookie notice. If you decline, it stays cookieless and no Google Analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Google processes this data as described in Google’s privacy policy.

We honor Do Not Track across both systems: if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we record nothing at all and Google Analytics does not load.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email delivery, cloud infrastructure, or, where you have consented, Google Analytics). These providers are authorised to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to protect it appropriately.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or protect the rights, property, or safety of phavella or others.

How long we keep it

We retain the information you submit for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our business relationship with you. If an enquiry does not lead to a project and you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly.

For active and past clients, we retain project-related communications and records for a period consistent with our contractual and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at pa.parikahlawat@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

Cookies

By default the site stores only small preference values in your browser, such as your theme choice and your answer to the cookie notice. These are kept in local storage on your device, are not used to track you, and are not shared.

If you choose “Allow” on the cookie notice, Google Analytics sets a small set of analytics cookies so it can count returning visits. These are set only after you allow them, and you can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. We use no advertising cookies.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
