Multi-channel sync; pricing tuned per-SKU per-day

AI Commerce Operations operating environment
01Context

What the operation looked like before.

A 60-SKU DTC apparel brand selling on Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy, plus seasonal pop-ups. Inventory ran out of sync between channels · Shopify said "8 in stock" while Amazon FBA was already at zero · so a hero SKU oversold three times in one quarter, each one a fulfillment scramble that ate margin. Pricing was set in Q1 against last-year demand and stayed flat through the summer spike. Product copy on Amazon hadn't been touched since the original launch listing two years ago.

The bottleneck

No one had a daily defensible view of which SKUs to push, reprice, or pull. The merch lead made the call by gut on Monday morning; by Friday the data said the opposite; by then the ads were already running.

02Architecture

How the system is wired.

A single product graph syncs Shopify, Amazon SP-API, and the warehouse. Demand forecasting runs Prophet per-SKU per-channel. A pricing engine recommends per-SKU per-day adjustments based on margin floors, competitor signals, and demand. Claude rewrites Amazon listings against brand guidelines and SEO targets. Customer LTV and churn-risk score nightly.
