Headline outcome

Multi-channel sync; pricing tuned per-SKU per-day

01Context

What the operation looked like before.

A multi-channel DTC operation selling on Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy. Inventory drift between channels was costing fulfillment errors. Pricing was set quarterly across thousands of SKUs and stayed flat through demand spikes. Product copy on Amazon was years out of sync with the storefront.

The bottleneck

No one had a daily, defensible view of which SKUs to push, reprice, or pull. Decisions defaulted to the loudest opinion.

02Architecture

How the system is wired.

A single product graph syncs Shopify, Amazon SP-API, and the warehouse. Demand forecasting runs Prophet per-SKU per-channel. A pricing engine recommends per-SKU per-day adjustments based on margin floors, competitor signals, and demand. Claude rewrites Amazon listings against brand guidelines and SEO targets. Customer LTV and churn-risk score nightly.
